After a busy couple of weeks, I’m getting back into this series for the month of September. Although it was a short work week, it’s been productive at work and on the blog side.
Let’s get into this week’s finds:
During my many nights of scrolling on Instagram, I found the Moore House’s Instagram page and fell in love with their imagery. Come to find out, The Moore House is a design firm who also handles construction and property management. They also have five homes you can rent in unique locations along the water. Take a look!
This article is about how our food waste footprint is bigger than we think – and how composting is not the answer. I think it’s so true and I’m going to do a better with this. I need to plan properly before shopping and get creative with food scraps instead of throwing them away. I highly recommend this article.
Lizzo is amazing. She recently did a performance at Tiny Desk Concert and it’s everything you would want and more. Her performance are so theatrical (& I love it), but it was nice to hear her songs be a bit more stripped back.
I’ve heard such good things about this new book, American Royals, and I just purchased it! It’s a story about if history in American was different and if America had a royal family. I’m very excited to read this! I’ll report back on it when I’m done.
As an introvert this article, How Introverts Can Succeed in a Workplace, was super helpful to read and relatable . It’s time we embrace our personality types and see what the strengths are with it.
Until next time…
xx
