Happy Saturday, everyone! We’ve made it through another week! And what a week it’s been. So far, this month has been b u s y and all for good reasons. Now that it’s spring, I feel like everyone is slowly coming out of hibernation mode and starting to get social.
While I’m all for socializing, I’m an introvert at heart and need some time to myself to decompress. If you’re like me and need some time to calm down this weekend, here’s some weekend reading to tackle. Let get into this round up:
I recently found this great clothing company, The Kinnd Project while sifting through Instagram. They’re a clothing company that promotes kindness and helps children in need. All of their clothing is made to order in their San Diego studio to minimize waste and maintain control in the supply chain. Learn more about this company here.
I’m a big fan of Studio McGee and in one of their videos, they share their partnership with Vermont’s Farmhouse Pottery (another fav!). Watch the video to get more of behind the scenes in the creation of the collection.
The Bad On Paper podcast has been one of my favorite’s lately! Hosted by Grace Atwood and Becca Freeman, this duo talks about the latest books their reading and interview guests from all backgrounds. In this episode, they interviewed Alyssa Mastromonaco who is the co-host of the Crooked Media podcast Hysteria, a NYT Best Selling Author and was the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations for the Obama administration. So many great conversations were had – you need to take a listen!
With clean beauty starting to become more familiar these days, all of the information can get confusing. You all know I’m a big fan of non-toxic beauty, but it’s overwhelming and a bit scary to think what we put on our skin is vital. This article does a good job debunking some clean beauty myths you’re probably wondering if it’s true.
