September: Ah, this means fall is right around the corner. Every time September rolls around, I truly get so excited as we enter into the last part of the year. This month always feels like reset button (more so than New Years) and a lot of it has to do with childhood memories of school starting again being ingrained.
We had a very busy summer, so I’m so happy to not travel much this fall. I want to enjoy what New England has to offer because it’s truly the best time of the year for this part of the country. I want to savor all of it. Some other things I’m looking forward to this month is:
running outside where I can enjoy the temperature
cooking fresh dinners with farmer’s market finds
putting on a light sweater and jacket because of a cool breeze
bringing back my candle routine as the sun sets
sourcing fall decor for the apartment (aka making it cozy af)
picking apples and drinking cider with folk music in the background
drinking a beer at a baseball game on a cool fall night
As we approach a new season, I hope everyone enjoys this time of the year!
xx
