September: It’s definitely one of the biggest transition months if you live in an area with changing seasons. It’s the month where the kids go back to school and the adults feel the need to be a bit more productive at work now that summer days are coming to an end. We all get excited for the Fall season (yes, I am one of those people) and immediately dress in sweaters and flannels even when we can still have 80 degree weather. Again, I’m totally guilty of this.
There’s something exciting about a new season and I think that’s why we all obsess over it. As much as everyone loves a new season because it’s an excuse to buy a new wardrobe, I’m starting to use this transitional time to fall back in love with the clothes I already have. I tend to add in more muted colors to my wardrobe, especially beige around this time of the year. I already have a few beige items in my closet I can’t wait to pull back out.
September is one of my busier months full of weekend trips and packing/preparing for the big Ireland trip! I honestly can’t wait for it and will probably mention Ireland 100x more until I’m there.
Cheers to a new season approaching us and what that will bring!
