A couple of months ago I got these pair of Nisolo Isa boots and they’ve become a staple in my closet …… so after some wears and outfitting, here’s my review on the boots. I’ve been wanting a new pair of everyday boots with a low heel and neutral color for awhile now. My current boots that fit that void were started to tear and lose coloring. So when I saw Nisolo had one of their very few sales, I had to get them. I got them in the color sand and a size 7 (I’m usually a 7 / 7.5) and they fit just right.
I’ll be honest, they were painful at first but I only had to break them in after a couple of wears. And it’s because Nisolo produces shoes with quality materials (& done ethically), so I expected the shoes would need some extra love before they truly fit. I can tell that over time they’ll mold into my feet. I got a pair of their heeled chelsea boots over a year ago, and they’ve done just that.
I also like that I can wear these boots in two ways (with ties out in front or tucked in). It gives the shoe a completely different look and you’ll see the differences in my outfits pictures below. One of the downfalls with these shoe so far is the material won’t mix well with rain or messy weather without ruining the coloring. They are definitely not meant for New England winter so for right now, I’ve been wearing them on dry days. I’ll keep you posted on how that turns out!
I’m also having difficulty outfitting these shoes with a lighter jean color. I think it’s the blend of two light tones on the bottom half that throws in off. However, they do really well with dark colored pants (as seen below). Take a look!

Overall, these shoes are a keeper. They are great to wear every day with an easy low heal. I’ll be sharing more outfits with the Nisolo Isa boots over on my Instagram – stay tuned!
