Lots and lots of layering + a fresh start
My seasonal edit series is back! For today’s blog post, I’m sharing my winter edit for my closet and home. Let’s get into it!
CLOSET
I’m going with a lot of the same themes as my Fall Edit. Which means lots cozy knits, textures, and loungewear. I’m adding lighter colors into the mix and working towards owning tangible accessories (hair clips and nicer sunglasses). Over the next couple of weeks, I plan on doing a big closet purge as I try to do one every season. It always helps me see what I really need that’s missing in my wardrobe.
HOME
With the house buying process right around the corner, I’m focusing on interior pieces that are neutral, functional and can easily move to a new home. We have limited lighting, so starting to do a search on that and will continue to do more kitchen bits since that area is always lacking in style + function. I just got this beautiful tankard mug in morning glory blue and it’s delightful to look at. I want more pieces like this!
