Spring Outfit | Conscious Edition

I’m excited to bring you a conscious outfit post…..It’s been a while since I did my last one. And the reason for that is since transitioning to a more conscious consumer, I don’t buy as often. When I do buy, I really think about the need vs. want with my actions. This decision process has really helped me save money and purchase less regrettable items. It doesn’t mean I don’t crave new outfits all of the time (especially when the warmer weather hits!) because it happens from time to time.

I want to share with you two items: Everlane’s V-Neck Sweater and Mihaleo Designs Woven Mules. Everlane’s sweater is perfect for Spring & Summer since it’s lightweight and a great blush color. It’s a cropped boxy fit that’s perfect to tuck into high waisted jeans. My go to Summer sweaters have holes in them, so it was finally time to buy new. I found Mihaleo’s woven mules on Etsy after being obsessed with woven everything for the Summer. I’m not the biggest fan of sandals and knew I would wear these all Spring, Summer and Fall.

As always, I’m a big fan of Everlane because of their transparency in their supply chain and quality of products. They are forever my go to brand for basics. I also love to shop small and support makers and that’s where Etsy comes in to play. Etsy is such a great resource and platform to search for those unique pieces. My jeans are from H&M and I bought them 2 years ago – I’ll wear them until they start to tear and finally replace them with consciously made white jeans.
