Happy weekend, everyone. The LD Round Up is back! It’s definitely been a heavy week and I for one am so happy it’s the weekend. We’re exploring the south shore, taking it easy and watching my parent’s dog. A relaxing weekend to wrap up this summer and I’ll be taking pictures along the way. So be on the lookout for a weekend moments blog post this upcoming week.
Alright, let’s get into this week’s finds:
Every fall I get excited to see what Sezane creates for their fall collection. They just launched their pre-fall look book and it’s a *chef’s kiss.*
Kamala Harris wrote a piece in the Washington Post about the importance of voting as women. It’s an important + great read.
Speaking of voting, I’m ordering this Joe + Kamala vintage distressed tee, where 100% of the proceeds goes toward the Biden Harris campaign.
A couple of weeks ago, Man Repeller shared resources and tips on all things second-hand shopping. I especially like this article on how to upcycle boring pieces in your closet.
Take a tour of this idyllic Swedish country estate – it’s so dreamy (ie: large party barn, farmhouse, garden, updated touches).
This is a really great read about the mythology of Karens. There’s a lot to unpack. I’ll leave you with this quote: “The Karen debate can, and perhaps will, go on forever, because it is equally defensible to argue that white women are oppressed for their sex, and privileged by their race.”
Have a great rest of your weekend.
xx
